Interim Head of Relationship Management, Fintech/SaaS

London, hybrid working

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic fintech/SaaS company, with a friendly and inclusive culture.

Their technology helps banks to objectively manage their risk control landscape, redefining the way some of the world’s biggest financial services companies and banks work with data.

This role is to lead and manage a small Relationship Management function whilst also remaining hands-on and managing and developing relationships at least one top tier banking client.

Candidates will have:

  • Significant experience in a client-facing or relationship manager role either within a bank or within the financial services practice of a consulting or analytics firm
  • A good understanding of the banking industry
  • Proven experience managing a small team.
  • Effective, sharp, clear and succinct presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the confidence to manage challenging dialogues with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong data analysis skills, using Excel PivotTables to quickly identify patterns, trends, and comparisons
  • Demonstrable experience of first-class client focus, relationship building, problem solving and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, managing multiple projects, co-ordinating with colleagues globally and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to determine a client’s goals / objectives, desired outcomes and success measures, predict roadblocks and address them before they even occur.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously.

This is a fixed term maternity-cover contract role until at least November 2025.
