Project Manager / Business Analyst – Strategy & Transformation

Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation, working closely with senior leaders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects with Impact: Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects that drive real business value. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives and ensure that they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate & Build Relationships: Work closely with business functions, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Develop strong partnerships, encourage collaboration, and engage with teams both locally and globally.
  • Shape the Future: Develop clear, actionable roadmaps and plans that keep everyone on track. You’ll manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure projects meet both strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Track & Report Success: Lead governance and reporting processes, ensuring that senior leadership is kept informed and projects are delivered efficiently. Proactively manage project budgets and resources.
  • Enhance Our Culture of Change: Continuously improve how we work, share best practices, and help shape the future of the Change team. Your insights will help us grow stronger and more efficient as we evolve.

Candidates will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management and business analysis within financial services—ideally in asset management.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects, with a focus on business case development, roadmap planning, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and a strong understanding of financial products.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences, from senior leadership to operational teams.
  • Experience in managing multiple initiatives at once and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Technology and data-savvy, with an understanding of core concepts such as data quality, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and navigate complex challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
