Primarily responsible for supporting the development of the Fund Financing franchise in the UK. With occasional support for Alternative Credit business – structured credit solutions, repack, loan on loan, secured lending, TRS, platform solutions.
The role
- Manage all stages of a transaction, from the design phase to post-closing, including negotiations with clients and internal services.
- Implementing origination, preparing pitchbooks, keeping up to date on regulation, liaising wit partners in legal, tax, coverage
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with clients on Fund Financing solutions, ranging from traditional Equity Bridge Financing to NAV with more focus on the NAV and portfolio related deals.
- Cash flow modelling skills will be key, experience of CLO and ABS a plus.
- Requires creativity with ability to work on a “solution” based approach as well as a good knowledge of investment funds and their financing needs, such as EBF and NAV Financing
